RBX Trade is an independent Roblox Limited research and trade-listing service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation or Rolimon's. This policy explains the information RBX Trade processes when you use the service.
Information we process
Roblox account information
When you choose to sign in, Roblox provides your Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile link, and avatar image through OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect. RBX Trade never asks for or receives your Roblox password or Roblox session cookie. OAuth access, ID, and refresh tokens are not stored after sign-in completes.
Content and account activity
We store watchlist selections, native trade listings, offered and requested asset IDs, item-value snapshots, listing notes, ownership-check status, reports, moderation outcomes, and related timestamps. Public Roblox inventory information is requested only from public Roblox or market-data sources; private inventories are not bypassed.
Advertising information
If you use advertiser tools, we may process a public Solana wallet address, wallet-signature challenge, campaign creative and destination URLs, placement selections, campaign events, and—only when checkout is enabled—public blockchain transaction details. RBX Trade does not receive wallet seed phrases or private keys.
Technical information
We use essential cookies for Roblox, wallet, administrator, OAuth-state, and advertising sessions. Security controls may temporarily process an IP-based request identifier, request counts, and timestamps. Your browser stores theme preference, watchlist data, and one-session advertising-impression markers locally.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, provide account and watchlist features, publish and moderate native trade listings, verify public inventory claims when possible, prevent abuse, operate advertising tools, measure first-party campaign impressions and clicks, maintain security, and diagnose service failures. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
Roblox sign-in sessions expire after 30 days unless revoked sooner. OAuth state is short-lived. Rate-limit records are short-lived and removed after expiry through routine cleanup. Account records, trade listings, reports, campaign records, and moderation history may be retained while needed to operate, secure, and preserve the integrity of the service. Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by RBX Trade. We use encrypted transport, HTTP-only secure cookies, hashed session tokens, access controls, and database constraints, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can use market research without signing in, sign out to revoke the current RBX Trade session, remove local watchlist data through your browser, make your Roblox inventory private, and revoke RBX Trade from Roblox's App Permissions settings. You may request access to or deletion of RBX Trade account data; legal, fraud-prevention, moderation, or security records may be retained where necessary.
Children
RBX Trade's Roblox OAuth sign-in is intended for Roblox users who are eligible to authorize OAuth applications. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on the service before they take effect when practical.

For privacy questions or account-data requests, contact the RBX Trade operator through the dedicated RBX Trade Roblox profile. Never send passwords, session cookies, wallet seed phrases, or client secrets.
